This resort is expansive and offers a beautiful beach view, but navigating the layout can be quite tricky. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the dining experience could use improvement with longer wait times for food. The pool was a highlight during our stay. After many years of staying at this hotel, I’ve decided to bid farewell due to some disappointing changes. The highlight was definitely the food, which I will miss, but the personal service has declined significantly and the mosquito issue in the rooms was quite bothersome. While some staff were willing to assist, their follow-through was lacking, leaving me feeling frustrated. The overall atmosphere seems to have shifted more towards corporate clients rather than individual guests like me.
